Position Summary We are seeking a thoughtful, execution-oriented Product Manager to help drive the development of UniCourt DART, a legal technology platform focused on docket research, analytics, and tracking. This role will work closely with engineering, design, leadership, and customers to define and deliver product initiatives that improve how legal professionals access, analyze, and act on litigation and court data. The ideal candidate has experience leading cross-functional product initiatives in B2B SaaS environments and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. Legal tech experience and/or a law degree is strongly preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Product Strategy & Execution - Lead product initiatives across docketing, analytics, workflow, and platform capabilities - Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities, timelines, and execution plans - Drive product initiatives from early concept through launch and iteration Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality product releases - Partner with Design and Engineering to improve usability, scalability, and platform performance - Coordinate communication and alignment between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams - Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in product decision-making Product Discovery & Analytics - Conduct customer interviews, usage analysis, and competitive research to identify opportunities and improve product direction - Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics and usage insights - Help identify areas for workflow optimization and enhanced customer experience - Stay informed on legal technology trends, litigation workflows, and evolving customer needs Platform & Enterprise Features - Support the development of billing, subscription, and usage-tracking functionality - Contribute to RBAC (role-based access control), permissions, and enterprise administration design decisions - Collaborate on API-related initiatives, structured data workflows, and enterprise platform functionality Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required - 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS environments - JD or other legal background strongly preferred - Experience leading product initiatives from concept through launch - Strong experience working directly with Engineering teams in agile development environments - Ability to write clear product requirements and manage prioritization across competing initiatives - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience in legal technology, litigation technology, court data, or legal workflows Preferred - Experience with search, analytics, and reporting products - Familiarity with billing systems, subscription management, and usage-based pricing models - Experience working with APIs, structured data products, or enterprise SaaS platforms Compensation Base salary range and on-target earnings will be discussed openly during the first interview conversation, but we are targeting $140,000 - $160,000.
