Program Manager, Card Network Office (Card Networks)
WFA Digital Insight
Stripe’s new Card Network Office function sits at the intersection of compliance, product, and engineering, making this a uniquely strategic role. Rather than a routine operations job, the Program Manager will design the release‑management framework that translates network mandates into actionable roadmaps for multiple internal teams. The position demands a blend of analytical rigor—using Excel‑based dashboards—and cross‑functional influence, as you’ll coordinate engineers, partner managers, and policy groups. Because the card networks update their rules only twice a year, the role offers a clear cadence for delivering high‑impact projects while keeping Stripe’s platform aligned with industry standards. Candidates should be comfortable shaping processes from scratch and communicating complex technical requirements in plain language.
