Program Manager, Workforce Planning
WFA Digital Insight
Dropbox’s workforce planning engine runs on a tightly‑woven cadence of calendars, governance forums and executive reporting. The Program Manager, Workforce Planning is the architect of that cadence, turning a sprawling set of initiatives into a predictable operating rhythm. What makes this role stand out is its blend of program‑management rigor and enablement focus: you’ll own the end‑to‑end calendar, shepherd cross‑functional workstreams, and translate raw insights into packaged communications that reach talent acquisition and HR partners. The position sits at the nexus of people analytics, finance and technology, demanding a pragmatic partner who can surface risk, clarify ownership and keep momentum alive without a formal manager hierarchy. If you thrive on building structure where ambiguity lives, Dropbox offers a uniquely scoped canvas.
