Psychiatrist
WFA Digital Insight
Spectrum.Life’s remote psychiatrist role sits at the heart of its digital health transformation, operating at Step‑5 of a stepped‑care model. The position blends clinical assessment, risk management and medication guidance with a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration—working daily with a Clinical Lead, psychologists, HI‑CBT therapists and a 24/7 crisis team. Because the service is delivered entirely online, candidates must be comfortable with tele‑psychiatry and digital documentation that aligns with NICE standards. The job also involves coordinating care with NHS secondary services and GP practices, giving the clinician a bridge between private digital health and public healthcare pathways. Candidates should be ready to contribute to incident review, safeguarding processes and outcome monitoring, ensuring the service remains evidence‑based and patient‑centred.
