Quality Control Analyst
WFA Digital Insight
Zippy’s Quality Control Analyst slot sits at the intersection of regulatory rigor and data‑driven insight, a blend that’s rare outside niche lending firms. The role goes beyond routine file checks; analysts must synthesize audit findings into trend reports that shape internal controls and investor confidence. Because Zippy focuses exclusively on manufactured‑home financing, candidates will encounter loan documents that differ from traditional mortgages, demanding a nuanced grasp of chattel‑loan rules. Collaboration is built into the job, with regular touch‑points across Operations, Compliance, and Servicing, meaning strong communication skills are as vital as Excel fluency. Applicants should be ready to own end‑to‑end audit cycles and translate raw data into actionable recommendations.
