Salesforce Data 360 Engineer
WFA Digital Insight
Hike2’s Salesforce Data 360 Engineer sits at the intersection of data engineering and customer intelligence, a niche that few consultancies expose to remote talent. The role goes beyond classic ETL work; it demands a deep grasp of Salesforce Data Cloud’s model objects and identity‑resolution logic, plus the ability to translate raw feeds from CRMs, marketing platforms, and cloud warehouses into a single, actionable customer profile. Candidates will collaborate with marketers, admins, and developers, ensuring that the unified data not only lands cleanly but also powers real‑time segmentation across sales and service channels. The blend of strategic data modeling, API integration, and hands‑on Apex development makes this a rare chance to shape how regulated industries use Salesforce for truly integrated, AI‑ready workflows.
