Senior Database Specialist Lead (R-00178)
WFA Digital Insight
True Zero Technologies stands out as a veteran‑owned firm that has earned repeated Best Places to Work honors and multiple Inc. 5000 placements. The Senior Database Specialist Lead will own the entire migration lifecycle—from discovery through post‑cutover validation—requiring a blend of strategic planning and hands‑on technical execution. Unlike many data‑engineer roles that focus on a single platform, this position demands coordination across on‑prem, cloud, hybrid, relational and non‑relational environments, plus the design of rollback and high‑availability procedures. Candidates should be comfortable translating legacy schemas into optimized targets and leveraging Excel for detailed data‑mapping tasks. The remote‑first culture lets you shape critical migration projects while staying within a people‑first organization that rewards continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
