Senior Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager
WFA Digital Insight
Vanta’s Senior Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager sits at the crossroads of product, sales, and creative teams, turning vague ideas into measurable growth engines. The role isn’t about running pre‑written playbooks; you’ll design the campaign strategy for a core market segment, decide which stories matter, and allocate budget with full accountability for pipeline results. Vanta’s culture values curiosity – the job explicitly calls for AI‑driven experimentation and a willingness to challenge existing processes. Because the position partners closely with product marketing, sales, and SDRs, you’ll need a thick skin for honest feedback loops while still championing the brand’s narrative. Candidates who can blend data‑first thinking with hands‑on execution in HubSpot and Salesforce will find this a uniquely impactful place to shape B2B SaaS growth.
Job Description
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You're not here to run plays someone else drew up. You're the one who figures out what the plays should be—then makes sure they hit. The Senior Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager sets the strategic direction for Vanta's integrated campaign programs for one of our core segments, connecting the right story, the right audience, and the right growth bets to build pipeline for the best Agentic Trust Platform on the market with one of the best teams in the business. You'll own demand generation end-to-end: from the annual campaign strategy for your segment to the post-event debrief to the budget that makes it all move. If you're the kind of marketer who gets a little too excited about a well-timed nurture sequence, a wacky stunt in the middle of SF, or a channel mix that punches embarrassingly above its budget—and you have opinions about why it worked—you'll fit right in. What you’ll do as Senior Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager at Vanta: - Architect and execute integrated campaign strategy (brand, launch, event, demand) across key channels - Own the numbers and define what good looks like: MQL, pipeline contribution, conversion rates. From frameworks, playbooks, to templates that scales output with AI tools - Partner with Product Marketing as a strategic peer to design launch campaigns, inform demand campaigns, and plan sales plays - Lock arms with Sales and SDR on lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and honest feedback loops (yes, even the uncomfortable ones) - Serve as the campaign roadmap owner for your segment, run the campaign calendar and budget with the discipline of someone who's had to defend every line item in a board review - Lead the ABM strategy for priority verticals in your segment design the playbook, then make sure it actually runs - Implement AI solutions that make life easier: yours, your stakeholders', and your buyers'—with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying it responsibly - Mentor junior marketers and raise the overall craft of the campaigns function How to be successful in this role: - 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing—you've built programs, not just shipped campaigns - A proven track record owning integrated campaigns end-to-end: from strategy and brief to results and budget accountability - Analytical fluency: you set the measurement standard, not just read the dashboard—and you know the difference between a signal and noise - Cross-functional range: you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, SDR, creative, and Product Marketing, lived to tell the tale, and somehow made them all want to work with you again - Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot) and Salesforce—you've probably already spotted three things you'd change after logging in for the first time - Executive-level communicator: you can write a sharp brief, present a performance read-out to a VP, and influence a campaign strategy conversation without anyone feeling managed - A builder's instinct: you leave teams, processes, and programs better than you found them - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
