Group Product Manager - Donor Intelligence
WFA Digital Insight
Virtuous is looking for a product leader who will own both Momentum and Insights, the two AI‑enhanced services that sit at the heart of its fundraising platform. Unlike a typical SaaS product manager, this role blends strategic roadmap work with hands‑on discovery, requiring daily customer ride‑alongs and a willingness to prototype in Claude Code. The position sits next to the General Manager of the commercial side, giving the PM a clear line to revenue impact while still being the sole owner of product decisions. Candidates should expect to balance AI‑forward thinking with a human‑centered mindset, ensuring technology amplifies rather than replaces donor‑relationship work. Transparency and autonomy are baked into the culture, so the successful applicant will need to thrive in a high‑visibility environment where weekly reporting is the norm.
