All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
How to Stand Out
- Build a mini‑case study showcasing a payment product you launched or optimized, including the Excel‑driven financial model you used to forecast revenue, cost of goods sold, and P&L impact; attach a clean, formatted spreadsheet (tabs for assumptions, sensitivity analysis, and ROI) and be ready to walk interviewers through the numbers in a 15‑minute demo.
- Highlight any experience negotiating banking or fintech partnerships (e.g., ACH, card issuers, Stripe, Plaid). In your resume and interview, cite specific contract terms you secured—fees, settlement times, or API SLAs—and explain how you measured the partnership’s contribution to the product’s top‑line growth.
- Demonstrate remote‑first product leadership: prepare a short video (2‑3 min) that outlines your communication cadence with distributed engineering, design, and compliance teams, and list the collaboration tools (e.g., Notion for roadmaps, Jira for sprint tracking, Miro for remote workshops) you use to keep stakeholders aligned across time zones.
- Quantify your “GM‑level” impact by presenting at least two metrics where you owned the full product lifecycle—e.g., grew monthly processed volume from $X M to $Y M while maintaining ≤ 0.5 % transaction failure rate, or improved net‑revenue retention by Z % through pricing tweaks—all backed by Excel dashboards that you can share.
- Prepare a targeted ask for compensation that reflects the GM scope: research recent senior PM salaries at fast‑growing SaaS scale‑ups (e.g., $180‑$230 k base + 0.2‑0.4 % equity) and frame your ask around the revenue you’ll drive for Aiwyn’s Payments product, citing your projected P&L upside from the case study above.
