What you'll do

Build web features, make enhancements, resolve bugs, and support the product lifecycle within the Power product suite .

Engage in hands-on development, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization .

Work with stored procedures, relational databases, and performance-sensitive SQL .

Utilize AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to rapidly deliver value to customers .

Collaborate effectively across teams in a Shift Left development environment while writing unit and integration tests .
What you bring (must-haves)

4+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular .

Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL .

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc), or equivalent practical work experience .

Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal) .

Self-driven approach, strong ownership, and solid troubleshooting/debugging skills .

Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code and comfort working in a Shift Left development environment .
Bonus points for (nice-to-haves)

Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization .

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments .

Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL .

Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., MCP, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, etc.) .

Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) in traditional web environments .

Experience building applications for large enterprise customers .
