- Highlight any hands‑on experience with FinTech payment or loyalty platforms (e.g., building APIs for rewards programs, integrating Mastercard APIs, or scaling transaction processing). Include a short case study in your résumé or a linked PDF that shows the problem, your analytical approach, the tech stack used, and measurable outcomes (e.g., % increase in transaction throughput or NPS lift).
- Build a mini‑dashboard using Tableau or Power BI that visualizes a key SYW metric such as “Reward Redemption Rate vs. Spend” across multiple merchant partners. Embed the interactive view in your portfolio and reference it in your cover letter to demonstrate you can turn raw data into actionable insights the team needs.
- In your application, explicitly map the “required tools/skills” from the posting (SQL, Python/R, Agile/Scrum, JIRA) to concrete projects: e.g., “Authored 150+ complex SQL queries for daily reconciliation of loyalty points; automated data pipelines in Python that cut reporting latency from 24 h to 2 h.”

Interviewers will probe for your role in cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
- Research SYW’s recent partnerships (e.g., with major retailers or fintech startups) and come to the interview with a one‑page “growth hypothesis” for a new loyalty‑credit hybrid offering. Show you’ve done homework, can think strategically, and are ready to contribute ideas from day 1.
