The Role
A nationally recognized retail mortgage lender, is hiring an experienced Sr. Corporate Loan Processor to run a high-volume pipeline end to end — verifying documentation, clearing loans for underwriting, and keeping every file compliant and on schedule.
Day-to-Day
• Manage a high-volume loan pipeline, consistently funding an average of 25+ units per month
• Review borrower credit, income, and assets, and assemble a complete package before underwriting submission
• Coordinate directly with borrowers, vendors, and branch teams to clear outstanding documentation
• Manage turn times against SLAs, prioritizing by estimated close date
• Prepare disclosures, re-disclosures, and closing checklists in line with RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Reg B, and Reg Z
• 3–5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Solid grasp of RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z, and related lending regulations
• Hands-on Encompass, DU, and LP experience
• Strong math, analytical, and prioritization skills under deadline pressure
• Comfortable covering teammates' pipelines and pitching in where needed
