About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build foundational AI agent capabilities for Rula. Sitting on the Platform Experience Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core infrastructure components that enable agentic development across our teams. You will also play a key role in driving AI enablement, developer relations, training, and shared tooling across the organization. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable production systems.
- Strong experience building with agentic coding tools, LLM integrations, and modern AI development tools.
- Proven developer relations or strong communication skills with experience guiding, training, and upskilling engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve routine and non-routine complex problems and drive technical process improvements.
- Solid foundation in technical design, architecture, and developer experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing agent frameworks or custom LLM-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments and CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Experience applying data literacy to analyze metrics, support architectural decisions, and troubleshoot issues.
