Sr. Software Engineer Networking Team
WFA Digital Insight
Twingate’s networking team is looking for a senior engineer who can design and ship large‑scale, secure networking components that sit at the heart of a modern remote‑access platform. The role isn’t a generic backend gig; it demands deep knowledge of proxies, DNS, VPNs, firewalls and related protocols, plus the ability to write performance‑critical code in C or C++. Candidates will work side‑by‑side with product owners and other engineering squads, meaning the work is both highly technical and tightly aligned with customer outcomes. Twingate’s culture stresses ownership, continuous improvement and a bias toward action, so engineers who thrive on solving ambiguous, security‑focused problems will feel at home.
Job Description

Twingate is backed by leading investors such as BOND, WndrCo, 8VC, Green Bay Ventures, SignalFire, and Dropbox founders Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi. Our investors share our belief that in a world where workforces are becoming increasingly distributed, it is critical to be able to effectively secure access to apps, data, and environments. As part of our company culture, our belief in putting the customer first permeates our thinking in everything from our customer communications to the design process behind the product itself. If you take pride in creating experiences with the customer firmly at the center of the picture, we'd love to work with you.
