Sr. Systems Administrator (IAM Focus)
WFA Digital Insight
Smarsh’s senior IAM‑focused systems administrator sits at the intersection of identity, security, and compliance for a company that protects regulated communications across dozens of channels. Unlike a generic sysadmin gig, this role demands deep hands‑on work with Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 while stitching together tooling such as Vanta, Vectra, CrowdStrike, Netskope, and CyberArk. Candidates will be trusted to keep audit evidence flowing for SOC 2 and FedRAMP assessments, and they’ll also be called on for broader infrastructure tasks as priorities shift. Expect a fast‑paced environment where technical depth in identity is balanced by the flexibility to support any IT operation need that arises.
