• Own the day-to-day accounts payable cycle, including company credit card coding and reconciliation, and routine month-end journal entries and reconciliations from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to recommend and implement improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by sharing knowledge and improving our internal processes.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation.

• Licensed CPA or studying for CPA Exam Preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting Principles - Very strong technical skills operating various software platforms.
• Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Solid Excel/Google sheet skills (formulas, sorting/filtering, basic pivot tables) - Possess strong written and verbal skills; tech-savvy and comfortable working in a live setting with various software - Highly motivated to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for learning and improving process.

• Highlight any SaaS or healthcare finance experience on your resume, and include a brief “Impact” line (e.g., “Reduced month‑end close time by 20% for a $10M therapy‑EMR client using automated Excel reconciliations”).
