Staff Product Designer
WFA Digital Insight
In the Direct‑to‑Consumer team at Affirm, the Staff Product Designer sits at the intersection of finance and everyday consumer experience. The position gives full ownership of both the mobile app and the physical Card UI, meaning design decisions ripple across millions of transactions. What sets this role apart is the explicit blend of rapid iteration and long‑term system thinking – designers are expected to ship today’s features while shaping a coherent visual language for the whole ecosystem. Collaboration spans product managers, engineers, data scientists and researchers, so the designer must translate data insights into clear, trustworthy experiences. Candidates should be comfortable challenging assumptions, testing bold ideas, and delivering polished visuals that reinforce Affirm’s transparent‑finance ethos.
