ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for experienced International Trade and Logistics professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on international trade, customs operations, cross-border logistics, and global supply chain environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect import/export operations, customs compliance, freight forwarding, trade documentation, transportation management, supply chain coordination, and client relationship challenges across international commerce. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within the complexities of Mexico's international trade and logistics ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER - Design realistic International Trade and Logistics scenarios in Spanish or English, grounded in Mexican operational contexts (e.g., import/export documentation, customs clearance, Incoterms application, freight coordination, international transportation, trade compliance, warehouse operations, supply chain planning, etc.).

• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for logistics problem-solving, customs and trade compliance, customer communication, transportation management, shipment coordination, and international trade operations.
• Review AI- and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational feasibility, logistics best practices, and customer service quality.
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions reflecting best practices across Mexican international trade, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and global logistics operations.

• 5+ years of professional experience in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Import/Export Operations, or Global Trade Compliance.
• Strong understanding of Mexican import/export regulations, customs procedures, international shipping documentation, Incoterms, tariff classification, trade compliance, transportation management, supply chain operations, and cross-border commerce.
