Synchronous Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (1099)
WFA Digital Insight
You Health is expanding its telemedicine network with board‑certified Nurse Practitioners who hold independent prescriptive authority in a handful of states. The role is anchored to the Hims & Hers platform, meaning clinicians focus exclusively on patient interaction while a dedicated operations team handles the business side. What makes this position distinct is the blend of synchronous virtual visits with the flexibility to address sexual health, hair loss, and weight‑loss concerns—areas that often require nuanced counseling and medication management. Candidates must be comfortable navigating EMR systems and delivering care both in real‑time and asynchronously. Because the provider is technically employed by You Health but operates within the Hims & Hers ecosystem, understanding platform guidelines and completing the required training are essential before the first patient encounter.
