Add comprehensive metadata tags and detailed annotations to transcripts to support advanced data use cases. Analyze audio content expertly, identifying nuances, dialects, and errors overlooked by automated tools. Collaborate with the customer's team to uphold quality standards and meet project goals efficiently. Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear feedback and contribute to process improvements. Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all transcription and annotation activities. Adhere to project timelines, consistently delivering high-quality work within set deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Native-level fluency in French, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written language. Proven experience in transcription, including correcting and refining machine-generated outputs. Strong background in applying metadata tags and linguistic annotation. Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and consistency. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in French and professional-level English. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining alignment with the customer's team. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
