Who we are and what these terms cover

WFA Digital is the job board at wfadigital.com. It is operated by Diego Willian Zietek Performance Digital, a business registered in Brazil under CNPJ 23.849.859/0001-75, based in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. In these terms "WFA Digital", "we" and "us" mean that business.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, with or without an account, and to every purchase made on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. How we handle personal data is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What WFA Digital is, and what it is not

WFA Digital lists remote jobs. Most listings are read from the career pages and applicant tracking systems where employers publish them, and some are posted directly by employers. For each listing we show the countries its own text says it can hire from, and when a posting does not say, we say that it does not say.

We are not an employer, a recruiter or a staffing agency. We do not take part in hiring decisions and we do not act for candidates or for employers. Applications are made on the employer's own site, and what happens there is between you and the employer.

Listings come from third parties and change constantly. We work to keep them accurate and remove them when their source stops showing them, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, lawful or still open. Check the details with the employer before you share sensitive information. A genuine employer never asks a candidate to pay to apply, to be interviewed or to start work. If a listing asks you for money, do not pay, and tell us at [email protected].

Accounts

You can browse and apply without an account. An account is needed to save jobs, receive matched recommendations, upload a CV, subscribe to WFA Pro or post a job.

If you create one, give accurate information, keep your password to yourself and use the account only for yourself or for the company you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

Your CV and profile

What you upload, such as a CV or profile details, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the features you ask for, such as job matching, and as the Privacy Policy describes. Upload only material you have the right to share, and do not upload other people's personal data.

Job alerts and emails

Job alerts are sent only when you ask for them, at the frequency you choose. Every alert carries a link to stop it. Account emails, such as confirmations and receipts, are sent when they are needed to run the service.

WFA Pro, the subscription for job seekers

Every job page on WFA Digital is free and complete, and applying is always free. Without WFA Pro, any list of jobs shows its first 100 results, and a search that combines where you can work from with another filter, such as a role or a salary floor, shows its first 10. The full number of matching jobs is always shown. WFA Pro shows every result of every list and every search.

WFA Pro costs US$ 4.90 a week, US$ 12 a month or US$ 49 a year, charged in advance for the period you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the checkout may show the price in your local currency. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. If a price changes, the new price applies only from a renewal after the change, and we tell subscribers before it does.

You can cancel at any time from the WFA Pro page while signed in. WFA Pro then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged. If WFA Pro is not what you expected, write to [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full.

Nothing in these terms reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live. In Brazil that includes the right, under the Consumer Defense Code, to withdraw from a purchase made online within 7 days.

Employers and paid job listings

Posting a job requires an account. The plans, prices and durations are the ones shown on the post a job page at the moment of purchase. At the time of writing they are a free listing, Starter at US$ 99 for 30 days, Featured at US$ 199 for 30 days and Premium at US$ 299 for 60 days. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Every listing, free or paid, is reviewed by a person before it is published. Paying does not publish a listing by itself. We may ask you to confirm that you represent the company, for example by writing to us from the company's email domain. We may decline a listing that impersonates a company, is not a genuine remote role, asks candidates for payment, discriminates unlawfully, or breaks the law. If we decline a paid listing, we refund it in full.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you post, and you confirm that you are authorised to post it on the company's behalf. A published listing runs for the duration of its plan. Once it is published it is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Referral links

Some pages list opportunities with partners, such as the AI training roles offered by micro1. Their apply links are referral links, and WFA Digital may receive a referral fee if you are hired, at no cost to you. These pages say so. We are independent of those partners, applications are made on their sites, and their own terms apply there.

What you may not do

When using WFA Digital, please do not:

• break the law or help anyone else break it
• post a listing that is false, misleading, not genuinely remote, or published without the company's authority
• impersonate a person or a company
• collect other users' personal data, or use the site to send unsolicited messages
• try to reach accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to reach, or interfere with how the site works
• copy the site or its listings in bulk with automated tools beyond what our robots.txt permits, or work around the limits of the free plan

Content and intellectual property

The site's design, code, text, country labels and the way listings are compiled and classified belong to WFA Digital. Job listings belong to the employers and sources that published them, and we show them to help candidates find them. Our research reports may be reused under the licence stated on each report, which is currently Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.

Company names and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them to identify who is hiring, and their use does not mean the company endorses or is affiliated with WFA Digital.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will always be online or free of errors, that a listing is accurate or still open, or that using it will get you hired. Country, salary and contract labels are read from the postings themselves and can be wrong when a posting is unclear or changes.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, WFA Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost opportunities, or for anything an employer or partner does or fails to do. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$ 50 if you paid us nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including the rights of consumers under Brazilian law.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We may change or stop any part of the site. We may also update these terms, and when we do we change the date at the top of this page. For a significant change we also email registered users before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the site and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, except that a consumer may bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile, as Brazilian law guarantees.
