Competitive benefits packageHow to Stand Out
- Highlight concrete Salesforce achievements in your résumé and interview (e.g., “Designed and maintained a custom Salesforce pipeline dashboard that tracked 120+ life‑science prospects, increasing forecast accuracy by 22%”) and be ready to walk the interviewers through a live demo or a screenshot of a report you built.
- Prepare a short case study (1–2 pages) showing how you used Adjust to measure mobile app engagement or patient recruitment metrics in a previous eClinical project; include the specific KPI improvements and the integration steps you led, then reference it when discussing data‑driven decision‑making.
- Build a sample territory‑planning Excel model (use pivot tables, slicers, and a KPI dashboard) for the Boston‑area biotech market; attach the file as an addendum to your application and be prepared to explain the logic, assumptions, and how you would update it weekly in the interview.
- Emphasize remote‑work competence: cite tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Asana) you use for asynchronous communication, describe your “core hours” strategy across U.S. time zones, and share a brief video (max 90 seconds) demonstrating how you run virtual sales meetings and maintain pipeline visibility while working remotely.
- Research industry compensation (e.g., BDD roles in life‑sciences SaaS: $150‑$190 k base + 15‑25% OTE) and factor in a remote‑work premium; during salary talks, propose a range anchored to your proven revenue impact (e.g., “Based on delivering $5 M in new ARR in my last role, I’m targeting $175 k base + 20% commission”).
