About the Role:

Mission: Give the Product leadership team a reliable operating system connecting strategy, investment, execution, customer evidence, adoption, packaging, and business performance.

Role profile: Director-level, reporting directly to the SVP Product. Capable of operating as a highly hands-on leader.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operate portfolio planning, product prioritization list and dashboard (internal: GPL), governance, dependencies, risks, and Product Business Reviews.

• Own executive, SLT, and Board-level Product reporting.

• Own Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, dashboards, and adoption insights.

• Operate PIM intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer close-loop practices.

• Own the Customer Advisory Board operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-through.

• Maintain use-case, capability, GPL, PMF, and package/SKU mappings.

• Partner with Finance and GTM on pricing, packaging, product performance, and monetization analysis.

• Improve existing planning, KPI, and reporting processes rather than automatically replacing them.

• Build AI agents and workflows that automate reporting, synthesize customer evidence, detect portfolio risks, and reduce manual Product Operations work.

• Act as a high-trust operating partner: identify weak evidence, force decisions, and ensure agreed actions close.

We’re looking for:

• Ideally a Product strategy and Product Operations judgment or similar Product Management background.

• Comfortable with portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing, and packaging.

• Able to work directly with executives while still building analyses and operating mechanisms personally.

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tooling and build practical agents or workflow automations.

• Commercially minded and willing to challenge low-value activity.

• Ability to work in a frequently synchronous way with Product Leadership and partner with team members globally.

Where you’ll be working/Location: JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.   This role is remote in the country of Mexico.
