Field Service Technician - Montréal
WFA Digital Insight
ZOLL’s Field Service Technician in Montreal operates almost entirely on the road, supporting lifesaving acute‑care equipment across Quebec. The role blends hands‑on hardware work—installations, upgrades and repairs of AEDs, ventilators and temperature‑management systems—with direct customer training and detailed service reporting. Because the position demands bilingual communication, candidates must be comfortable switching between English and French while explaining complex medical technology to clinicians and first‑responders. Travel reaches up to 90 % of the time, so self‑motivation and the ability to work independently are crucial. ZOLL’s focus on patient outcomes means technicians become an extension of the product’s safety net, feeding field data back to engineering for continuous improvement.
