Freelance Customer Support (Norwegian/Swedish & English / Remote / Europe Time)
WFA Digital Insight
Sammedia’s part‑time customer support opening is built around multilingual communication in the Scandinavian market, a niche that demands fluency in Norwegian or Swedish plus English. The job leans heavily on real‑time problem solving via chat, email and phone, meaning candidates will be the front line for user experience. Because the schedule aligns with typical European office hours, the position suits freelancers who can dedicate three focused hours each day while still maintaining flexibility. The company’s multicultural environment adds a layer of cultural awareness, and the possibility of moving to a full‑time contract signals that strong performers could deepen their involvement over time. Applicants should be ready to juggle inbound queries and outbound follow‑ups while keeping tone consistent across languages.
