General Counsel
WFA Digital Insight
Teamshares is at a rare inflection point: a fintech‑backed acquiror that has just stepped onto the public arena. The General Counsel will sit at the intersection of legal, finance, and operational strategy, reporting directly to the CEO and serving the board as its primary legal liaison. Unlike typical corporate counsel roles, this position demands hands‑on ownership of SEC filings, Sarbanes‑Oxley controls, and the design of risk frameworks across a portfolio of subsidiaries. Candidates who thrive on building systems from scratch and who can translate boardroom language into actionable legal guidance will find this role uniquely rewarding. The job also blends traditional corporate law with the fast‑moving world of equity‑based employee ownership, making it a distinctive blend of governance and people‑focused work.
