Growth Product Manager - Stores Apparel
WFA Digital Insight
Trafilea’s Growth Product Manager sits at the crossroads of data, design, and rapid‑fire experimentation. Unlike a typical product lead who may juggle a handful of initiatives, this role owns the entire roadmap for the company’s apparel stores, meaning every tweak to the checkout flow or product page lands directly on revenue and engagement metrics. The team’s AI‑driven growth engine and a culture that rewards fast testing make the position uniquely suited for candidates who thrive on turning raw analytics—GA4, Excel, and similar tools—into actionable product changes. Collaboration is baked in: you’ll partner daily with acquisition, creative, engineering, and UX squads, translating brand goals into concrete experiments that move the needle on conversion and customer loyalty.
