Health Expert - Reviewer
WFA Digital Insight
Vetto is building AI health assistants that need to pass realistic, safe patient interactions before they ever see a real user. This reviewer role puts seasoned clinicians—doctors and experienced nurses—at the heart of that quality gate, demanding a clinician’s instinct for what makes a conversation feel authentic and safe. Unlike typical tele‑health positions, the work is purely analytical: you’ll score pre‑generated scenarios, flag gaps, and rewrite prompts so the AI learns from genuine clinical reasoning. The emphasis on English‑only submissions and a strict anti‑AI‑use policy underscores Vetto’s commitment to unbiased human input. Candidates who can translate bedside intuition into clear, actionable feedback will help shape the next generation of digital health tools.
Job Description
We’re recruiting health experts (generalist doctors and experienced nurses) to review and improve scenarios used to train AI health assistants.
Your job isn’t to “diagnose on paper.” It’s to think like a real clinician and spot what makes a patient interaction — then upgrade weak scenarios so they actually test the model.
‼️ If we spot AI use, we’ll block the application.
⚠️ This form must be completed entirely in English.
Who can apply
- Generalist doctors (primary care, family medicine, emergency, internal medicine)
- Experienced nurses (clinical care, triage, emergency, outpatient settings)
- Health professionals with strong patient-facing experience
You’ll review batches of pre-generated health scenarios:
- Rating realism and safety riskIdentifying weak or missing constraints (Knives)
- Improving tasks so they better represent real care-seeking moments where bad guidance causes harm or erodes trust
Payment will be US$ 50 per approved task, converted and paid in your local currency.
Each task takes approximately 40 minutes, which corresponds to an effective rate of about US$ 75 per hour.
What we’re looking for
- You can recognize what’s realistic vs. generic in patient interactions
- You understand what truly changes triage decisions (red flags, meds, severity/duration, vulnerable groups).
How to Stand Out
- Ensure your CV highlights specific patient‑facing roles and any experience with digital health tools.
- Prepare a short writing sample that rewrites a clinical scenario to demonstrate your ability to improve AI prompts.
- During the interview, be ready to discuss how you assess safety risk in ambiguous clinical situations.
- Emphasize your comfort with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Google Docs, or Confluence.
- Mention any prior work that involved reviewing or authoring medical content for education or technology platforms.
- If asked about salary expectations, focus on the value of your clinical expertise and the remote work premium.
- Watch for red flags such as vague project timelines or unclear reporting structures; ask for clarification before accepting.
