Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W-2)
WFA Digital Insight
Twochairs is redefining outpatient mental health by combining a fully remote model with a strong focus on clinician wellbeing. The part‑time therapist role stands out because it blends a flexible caseload—anywhere from seven to twenty clients per week—with a schedule that spans early mornings to late evenings, giving providers real control over their work‑life balance. Clinicians receive a clear clinical hourly rate and an administrative rate for missed appointments, plus W‑2 advantages like paid sick leave, retirement plans, and malpractice coverage that many contract‑based teletherapy gigs lack. Ongoing professional growth is baked in through monthly APA‑accredited CE sessions and a modest stipend for wellness activities, making this position attractive for therapists who value both autonomy and institutional support.
