Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W-2)
WFA Digital Insight
Twochairs isn’t just another telehealth provider; it’s a company that has built its brand around redefining mental‑health care. The part‑time therapist position lets licensed clinicians shape adult treatment plans using evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and MI, while working from anywhere in New Jersey. What makes this role distinct is the blend of clinical autonomy and corporate support: clinicians can pick a caseload of seven to twenty clients, set their weekly hours, and still receive W‑2 benefits that typical 1099 contracts lack, like paid sick leave and malpractice coverage. The company also backs professional growth with a $300 wellness stipend, monthly APA‑accredited CE courses, and case consultation. Candidates should be comfortable navigating electronic health records, using data‑driven progress measures, and collaborating across a multidisciplinary team.
