Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W-2)
WFA Digital Insight
Twochairs is reshaping how mental health care is delivered, and this part‑time therapist role sits at the core of that experiment. The position blends clinical autonomy with a structured support system: clinicians set their own weekly caseload between seven and twenty patients, choose session windows from early morning to late evening, and still receive a W‑2 package that handles tax withholdings—something rare for tele‑therapy contracts. Beyond the hourly rate, Twochairs supplies malpractice insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid sick time, and a modest professional‑development stipend, signaling a commitment to long‑term clinician wellbeing. Candidates will need a Pennsylvania license and at least two years of adult‑focused practice, but the company also funds cross‑state licensure, opening a pathway to broader practice. The role’s emphasis on data‑driven treatment, regular APA‑accredited CE sessions, and collaborative case consultation makes it stand out among remote therapy gigs that often leave clinicians isolated.
