Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W-2)
WFA Digital Insight
Twochairs is rewriting the mental‑health delivery model with a fully remote, clinician‑first approach. The part‑time therapist role blends flexible caseload sizing—seven to twenty adults weekly—with a schedule that spans 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific, allowing providers to match personal rhythms while still meeting client needs. What sets this opening apart is the combination of a clear hourly clinical rate ($76) and an administrative rate ($23), plus a tiered sign‑on bonus that rewards early client hours. Beyond pay, Twochairs supplies malpractice coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid sick time, and a $300 wellness stipend, eliminating many of the hassles typical of contract work. Candidates who can balance evidence‑based modalities with data‑driven treatment adjustments will find a supportive, growth‑oriented environment here.
