Project Coordinator – EMR Modernization
WFA Digital Insight
MCD Global Health is tackling a rare, large‑scale digital health upgrade in Maine’s rural landscape, and the Project Coordinator role sits at the operational core of that effort. Unlike typical coordination jobs that hover around internal teams, this position bridges a $30 million federal initiative with dozens of independent health providers, demanding a blend of logistical precision and stakeholder empathy. The daily rhythm—scheduling high‑stakes meetings, tracking action items across multiple organizations, and shepherding training events—means the coordinator becomes the unofficial pulse of the modernization project. Candidates who can navigate complex calendars, keep documentation airtight, and communicate clearly with both technical and clinical audiences will find this assignment uniquely rewarding, especially given the remote flexibility paired with on‑the‑ground travel in Maine.
