Race Engineer
WFA Digital Insight
The raceon opening puts a seasoned race engineer at the heart of Formula E competition, blending hands‑on track work with deep data analysis. Unlike generic motorsport postings, this role explicitly calls for Excel expertise to turn raw telemetry into actionable performance metrics, and it demands direct interaction with drivers, mechanics and tyre technicians during live sessions. Candidates will need to juggle car setup, compliance with racing regulations, and post‑event simulation—all while travelling to circuits on short notice. The company emphasizes a flexible, youthful culture and the chance to work across multiple projects, giving engineers exposure to varied teams without the usual corporate constraints. Applicants should be comfortable both in the garage and behind a screen, translating numbers into speed.
