Revenue Operations Manager
Job Description
REVENUE OPERATIONS SYSTEMS MANAGER About the Role Suite is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale the systems that power our go-to-market organization. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, data, and AI. You'll design and optimize the systems, automations, and workflows that power our revenue engine, helping our teams operate faster, make better decisions, and convert more opportunities. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure every inbound opportunity, customer touchpoint, and operational process is measurable, automated, and continuously improving. This is not simply a CRM administration or reporting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems through systems thinking; connecting data, automating manual work, improving operational processes, and building scalable infrastructure that enables growth. Your Responsibilities GTM Systems - Own the administration and optimization of the GTM technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, AI tools, reporting platforms, etc.) - Design scalable lead routing, lifecycle management, attribution, scoring, and territory management - Build and maintain integrations between core GTM systems - Improve data quality, governance, and operational reliability - Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies as the company scales Revenue Operations - Build processes that maximize conversion throughout the entire customer lifecycle - Optimize inbound lead management and qualification workflows - Improve opportunity management and pipeline hygiene - Create scalable account segmentation and territory logic - Partner with Sales Leadership on forecasting inputs and operational improvements Analytics & Insights - Develop dashboards that provide actionable business insights—not just metrics - Surface bottlenecks across the funnel and recommend improvements - Partner with leadership on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and conversion reporting - Build reporting that executives can trust for strategic decision making Who You Are - 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within B2B SaaS - Experience building RevOps infrastructure in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment - Deep understanding of lead management, lifecycle design, funnel optimization, and CRM architecture - You’ve built scalable operational systems that reduce manual work across Marketing and Sales - Experience implementing operational processes from scratch rather than inheriting mature systems - You believe AI should increase leverage—not replace judgment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into scalable operational solutions - You independently define problems and execute solutions Benefits at Suite: - Best in class health & dental - Hybrid work environment; A balance of in-office and remote work to foster collaboration and flexibility (for those located in the Denver/Boulder area) - Unlimited paid time off - Fitness & wellness stipend - Taco Tuesday, every Tuesday Some roles, such as internships, may not be eligible for certain benefits.
How to Stand Out
- Highlight concrete experience building end‑to‑end GTM automation pipelines (e.g., integrating HubSpot lead capture with Salesforce, using Zapier or Workato to trigger AI‑driven lead scoring); include a short portfolio link with flow diagrams, sample code snippets, and before/after KPI improvements.
- Prepare a 10‑minute “systems audit” case study for Suite Studios: pick a public SaaS company, map its revenue funnel, identify three bottlenecks, and propose specific tooling (e.g., Snowflake data lake + Looker dashboards + GPT‑4 summarization) and automation steps that would boost conversion velocity by at least 15 %.
- Emphasize remote collaboration skills by showcasing how you’ve run cross‑functional sprint reviews with Marketing, Sales, CS, Finance, and Product using Miro, Notion, and weekly async video updates—mention any time‑zone strategies that kept latency under 24 h.
- Demonstrate mastery of data‑driven decision making: bring a live Tableau/Looker dashboard (or a PDF snapshot) that tracks CAC, LTV, win‑rate, and forecast accuracy; be ready to walk interviewers through your data model, assumptions, and how you used AI‑generated insights to adjust tactics.
- When discussing compensation, reference the 2024 Remote Revenue Ops salary benchmark (e.g., $130‑$155 k base + 10‑15 % OTE for mid‑senior roles) and frame your ask around the value you’ll deliver—such as a projected 20 % reduction in sales cycle time that could save the company $500K annually.
