Your mission Your profile This is a full-cycle Senior AE position and you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Teamwork.com can address their challenges and add value and efficiency to their business. This position requires a driven individual with exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong ability to build relationships. Responsibilities Own the sales process from prospecting to close. Generate quality pipeline through multi channel outbound motion; (events, LI, ZoomInfo, partners) into Teamworks defined ICP Execute excellent discovery to align customers strategic challenges with Teamwork solutions Understand the buying criteria and people involved in customer decision making in order to understand their business case and deliver tangible ROI to our customers Actively manage pipeline and deal stages of typically 30-60 days in length Maintain levels of excellence in forecasting and predictability Collaborate and give actionable feedback to Marketing, BDRs, product and all teams which impact customer success. Requirements 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong emphasis on new business. Demonstrated ability to devise and execute a plan to build quality pipeline independently Strong discovery and deal management skills across multiple stakeholders and departments.
