Senior AI Software Architect (553)
WFA Digital Insight
Ubiminds is looking for a senior architect who will shape AI‑first engineering across a public‑sector HR platform. The position sits at the intersection of cloud‑native SaaS design and advanced AI tooling, meaning candidates must be comfortable with both large‑scale microservice architecture and day‑to‑day use of LLM‑driven coding assistants. What makes this role distinct is the explicit focus on AI‑augmented workflows—developers are expected to embed reusable AI skills, commands, and agentic processes into the product line, not just experiment with them. The team operates in a fully remote setting but retains a physical hub in Florianopolis for occasional collaboration, and the company backs engineers with a full back‑office support suite. Candidates should be ready to mentor senior engineers while steering architecture decisions that keep the platform secure, scalable, and compliant with government standards.
