Senior Campaign Manager
Job Description
The Senior Campaign Manager is a key execution and strategy partner within Workiva's Demand Generation team. This role owns end-to-end integrated campaign programs that span ABX, paid media, webinars, partner activation, and lifecycle — built to drive qualified pipeline, accelerate multi-solution expansion, and support net new logo growth.
In this role you will be expected to think strategically and execute tactically: setting campaign strategy, making channel mix decisions, executing plans, and owning a pipeline target. You will partner closely with Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, Creative, Sales, and Partner Marketing to orchestrate integrated GTM motions that convert.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and own integrated, multi-touch campaign plans aligned to Workiva's GTM priorities across multi-solution expansion, and net new logo acquisition
Design campaigns across the full demand spectrum: awareness through closed pipeline
Build and manage campaign briefs, campaign messaging frameworks, audience segmentation, and channel activation plans — end to end
Translate product and solution narratives into campaign programs that resonate with multiple personas across buying groups
Orchestrate campaign components across internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery
Actively integrate AI into campaign workflows — targeting personalization at scale, content acceleration, and faster testing cycles
Performance & Reporting
Own campaign reporting across pipeline contribution, channel efficiency, conversion rates, and spend performance
Apply testing and attribution frameworks to optimize channel mix and improve demand efficiency — targeting a 10% YoY improvement in marketing efficiency ratio
Present performance insights and recommendations to the Demand Gen leadership team and cross-functional partners
What Great Looks Like
Pipeline you own is predictable — you can tell leadership exactly what's in market, what's converting, and why
You foster a strong, collaborative partnership with the sales team, ensuring marketing programs deliver clear, measurable value directly to their pipeline.
You are a proactive self-starter who naturally takes ownership, driving initiatives forward with confidence and autonomy
You use data to make decisions, not to justify decisions already made
You bring a thoughtful, well-informed perspective on channel strategy
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign management, or revenue marketing
Undergraduate Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record owning integrated campaigns across multiple channels — not just executing tasks within a channel
Experience managing or working with paid media programs (Search, Social, Display, CTV, Content Syndication) with real budget accountability
Strong understanding of ABX frameworks and enterprise sales cycles
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalents)
Demonstrated ability to build and own performance dashboards and attribution reporting
Strong written and verbal communication — you write clear briefs, crisp exec summaries, and can present data coherentlyExperience in a platform-first or multi-solution SaaS environment
Experience activating partner co-marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to campaign personalization, content creation, or performance analysis
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Up to 25% travel for customer and internal meetings
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office

✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $185,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
