Senior Software Engineer
WFA Digital Insight
Voltus is tackling the energy transition by turning distributed resources into market‑ready assets, and this senior engineering slot sits at the heart of that effort. Unlike generic backend roles, the position expects you to own complex data pipelines and API services that directly feed the grid‑balancing platform, meaning every line of code has tangible impact on renewable integration. The company’s remote‑first culture is paired with a high‑touch engineering collaboration model, so you’ll be interfacing daily with product, design, and domain experts across the US and Canada. Candidates who can demonstrate deep mastery of at least one core language (Python or Go) and a proven track record of shaping engineering practices will feel most at home, while the emphasis on ‘bright, gritty, and good’ signals a cultural fit that values both technical rigor and a mission‑driven mindset.
