How to Stand Out
- Assemble a portfolio of 3‑5 creator accounts you’ve grown organically on Instagram and TikTok, each with a one‑page case study showing baseline metrics, the strategy you implemented, and concrete results (e.g., “+48% follower growth in 30 days; +12% average engagement; $3K incremental revenue from brand deals”).
- Prepare a one‑page “algorithm‑update cheat sheet” summarizing the three most recent Instagram and TikTok algorithm changes (date, impact, and a concrete tactic you’d apply), and be ready to walk interviewers through how you’d adjust Playbook talent’s content calendars in real time.
- Build a sample weekly performance dashboard in Notion or Google Data Studio that tracks follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and revenue‑per‑post for each talent; include visual trend flags and a brief “insight note” that you could share in the weekly viral content analysis call.
- Draft a miniature creator‑specific playbook for a hypothetical Playbook talent (e.g., a fitness influencer). Outline content pillars, posting cadence, trend‑research workflow, hashtag matrix, and a 30‑day viral content rollout plan—showing you can deliver the repeatable playbooks the role requires.
- Research current market compensation for remote Social Media Leads in the creator‑economy space (e.g., Glassdoor, Levels.fyi, industry surveys) and prepare a salary range with justification (base + performance bonus tied to talent growth metrics); bring this data to negotiation to demonstrate informed expectations.
