Technical Service Engineer
WFA Digital Insight
The Technical Service Engineer opening at DuBois stands out because it blends hands‑on product expertise with a strong customer‑facing element. Unlike a typical support role, the engineer works side‑by‑side with sales engineers, traveling across the UK to demonstrate applications, troubleshoot issues on the shop floor and feed real‑world performance data back to headquarters. The position is the first addition to a newly expanding UK product line, meaning the successful candidate will shape how technical support is delivered in that market. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting laboratory results, delivering training to a range of audiences and spotting growth opportunities while operating largely independently.
