The Work

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students in Illinois school districts. Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations.

What You Need

• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered)
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

Preferred

• CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
• School or youth clinical background
• Active NPI and CAQH

• Highlight your experience with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom for Healthcare, Doxy.me, or TheraNest) in both your résumé and cover letter; mention any certifications or training you’ve completed on HIPAA‑compliant video counseling to prove you can hit the ground running with Daybreak’s remote workflow.
• Compile a concise “clinical case brief” (1‑2 pages, de‑identified) that showcases your work with underserved youth in Illinois—include presenting problem, evidence‑based interventions used (CBT, DBT, play therapy, etc.), measurable outcomes, and how you collaborated with school staff. Bring this to the interview or attach it to your application to demonstrate impact‑driven practice.
