Continuously validate and correlate models with real-world track and rig data to ensure robust, reliable simulation results. Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to evolve simulation capabilities and meet engineering requirements. Work cross-functionally with race engineers, performance analysts, and control engineers to provide solutions that support technical decision-making.
