Video Editor / Motion Designer
WFA Digital Insight
Tempo’s opening for a Video Editor and Motion Designer sits at the intersection of AI product storytelling and rapid‑fire short‑form content. Unlike a typical post‑production gig, the work spans product demos, founder‑led narratives, and ad‑ready assets, demanding both a sharp visual eye and the ability to iterate quickly. The company’s workflow expects editors to turn raw footage, screen recordings, and interview clips into polished pieces that stay on‑brand while feeling premium. Candidates who thrive on fast feedback loops, are comfortable juggling After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop, and can navigate a startup’s high‑intensity rhythm will find this role uniquely challenging and rewarding.
