Workday PATT Architect
WFA Digital Insight
CrossVue’s Workday PATT Architect sits at the intersection of technical design and client strategy, giving a rare blend of hands‑on configuration and advisory work. Unlike broader HCM roles, this position focuses on payroll, absence, and time‑tracking, requiring deep knowledge of Workday’s PATT modules and the ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into scalable designs. The firm’s boutique size means architects aren’t buried in layers of management; they directly influence solution architecture, integration choices, and client training. Candidates should be comfortable guiding senior stakeholders through selection, transformation and testing, while also contributing to practice‑building activities such as recruiting and business development. The remote‑first setup and emphasis on continuous learning make it a fit for architects who thrive on autonomy and growth.
